Film Intro: Eva

Can we truly love another person when we are still struggling to see ourselves? ๐Ÿชž

"EVA" by Maria Coraci (Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น), follows a young woman who turns the people closest to her into distorted mirrors of her own emotions and her difficulty with intimacy and love.

"Eva" looks beyond the idea of romantic love as salvation. Instead, it asks what our relationships reveal about who we are, what we are searching for, and the parts of ourselves we may not yet be ready to confront.

Maria Coraci completed a Masterโ€™s degree in Fashion Photography at IED in Milan and continued her studies at the New York Film Academy. Her projects explore intense interpersonal connections and the ways we can discover fragments of ourselves through the people we encounter.
