One of our most popular programmes is back and once again, it refuses to fit neatly into any box. “Bodies, Beats & Other Worlds” brings together music videos, dance, fashion and experimental filmmaking in a wild celebration of movement, sound, style and imagination.

Bodies break free from plastic, dance becomes its own language, wombs turn into cosmic universes, analogue drawings come alive, PS1 horror games collide with music, and fashion bends perception and transforms identity. Across oceans, generations and alternate realities, these films play with femininity, ancestry, desire, fear, freedom and the many ways we inhabit and reinvent our bodies.

Bold, strange, sensual, playful and occasionally otherworldly, this is cinema turned up a little louder: come for the music, stay for the fashion, and expect the unexpected.
