Female Filmmakers Festival Berlin × Women in Film and Television Germany (WIFT)
Ready to make new connections without the awkward networking small talk?
One of the Female Filmmakers Festival Berlin’s most popular events is back! Together with WIFT - Women in Film and Television Germany, we invite filmmakers, creatives and film professionals from all departments to join us for one hour of fast, fun and meaningful networking.
The session begins with several rounds of guided speed networking, led by a host from WIFT. Special prompts and conversation starters will help break the ice, move beyond the usual introductions and make it easier to discover interesting professional and creative connections.
For the final part of the hour, we’ll switch to open networking, giving you the chance to return to the people you clicked with, deepen conversations and perhaps find a collaborator for your next project.
This year, we’re meeting at our festival partner Café Mephisto in Kreuzberg, close to Kino Moviemento. Café Mephisto will offer all attendees a 10% discount on food and drinks throughout the event, with some sweet treats provided by our festival partners to make networking even sweeter.
Whether you’re looking for your next collaborator, want to expand your creative circle or simply meet more people working across the film industry, come along and see where a conversation might lead.

DANIELA GRUBERT
Daniela Grubert is an actress, voice actress and singer who trained at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK). She is known for The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes and the Berlinale film Drifter. She represents BFFS in the Netzwerk Demokratie (Democracy Network) and is a member of WIFT.

ANNA AMALIE BLOMEYER
Anna Amalie Blomeyer is a representative of WIFT Berlin. She works as an actress and voice actress. For WIFT, she regularly organises networking events and panels to increase the visibility of female and female-presenting film professionals.
